Got my period with in 8 days of taking!
I purchased this product after seeing several videos of promises that it would help control PCOS symptoms which I receive zero help managing from my dr. I started taking this 7/19 and started my period 7/27. I have not had a period in probably 7 years so it was slightly a shock to me. I realized how much I didn’t miss period cramps btw. I just had another period 8/13 so I would say it is definitely regulating something. I haven’t noticed any weight loss which I was hoping for but I’ve just now taken if for about a month so I’m willing to keep going to see how things go. I do notice less facial hair which I have blonde peach like fuzz so nothing dark and course like I know some women struggle with. You have to take 3 pills daily which is kind of a lot but there are 150 capsules in the bottle which is strange to me that they don’t make it an even 60 or 90 day amount.. it ends up being 50 days but I appreciate that I can get through a solid month before deciding if I want to purchase another bottle before running out right at 30 days.

Has Folate!! Great for Mthfr
This seemed to work great. The fact that it has folate rather than folic acid is very important since I have mthfr. It didn’t have any negative effects when I started taking it.
