Wow, I am so impressed with this ice cream! The flavors of the matcha and the strawberry are both there, and it is not overly sweet. The matcha is very good quality and I love that you can actually see the two flavors swirled together 🙂

Very good
The matcha flavor is very mellow not super strong or bitter. The strawberry is not to sweet or tart. The two flavors compliment each other very well, creamy and delicious.
