I make sure to chew it fully and it does take a few mins, but it’s not a big deal. I don’t feel bloated after taking these and there’s no aftertaste even though it’s sugar free.I still eat my fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water daily, but you can never have too much fiber. I’ve been recommending it to anyone I know who has mentioned having digestive issues.
