Give time!
I wanted to give it 30 days before reviewing to see if there was a difference in my HSN. Yes, there is. I had tried monocidil, nioxin, red-light therapy and other things to help with my thinning hair. Perimenopausal and my once thick mane was thinning on my temples and the front center of my hairline. I could see my scalp easily. I just started taking this supplement and forgot about it as I was busy with other things. When I washed my hair last night and went to dry it I was shocked that I can’t see my scalp like before. It’s not back to what it once was, yet. My nails are hard and oddly, my knee that I could hear scrape is not as loud. I hope this product does not disappear like everything else on here that works!

Like a couple of the other reviews I read, I had a weird skin reaction on my face. I was almost done with the bottle when I noticed a rash of small red spots going up the side of my face. I stopped taking this and after about 3 weeks it finally cleared up. I haven’t taken this since and have not had any more issues. I’m sure it’s a good product for people who don’t have sensitivities to the ingredients. I wish this had worked out because I was happy to see a vegan collagen supplement.

Helped healing time of surgical incisions
I had surgery and wanted something with collagen in it to help with recovery n healing. I started taking this a few days b4 surgery and am still taking at 5 weeks post op. I only take 1 per day. I feel like it helped me heal MUCH faster. I am also diabetic so I heal super slow. My incisions were completely healed (except one that broke open day 2) in about 7-10 days. Normally, being diabetic it takes 2 weeks or more to completely heal. I would definitely recommend. It doesnt taste great, but most supplements don’t. Ill prob continue taking this because collagen is beneficial to healthy skin as well.

Strong nails!
I take one pill every day. These have helped my nails to be much stronger. I nailed used to split. It was painful, but this has helped improve that. They are average sized pills. They do not have a bad taste and are easy to swallow. They are expensive, but I only take a half dose so they are worth the price.

Make sure you can digest pea protein before buying this
This product gave me severe GI issues. I started to feel bloated and cramping really bad within 24 hrs after taking this. I didn’t link the problems to this at the time. It took about 2 weeks for me to realize what the cause was. The cramping became so severe that I had to start thinking through what had changed in my diet and it was this. After much research it seems that not everyone can digest pea protein properly.
