Good Value B Complex Vitamins
I have ordered these B complex vitamins twice and have been pleased with them so far. They taste good and the gummies are easy for me to digest. I think that they are a good value.

Hoping to see results
I’m hoping the gummies work as well as the tablets do. I was on B-Complex before, but the awful smell of the tablets started making me gag and I couldn’t take them anymore. I notice my energy levels have tanked since I stopped taking them, but I just can’t make myself take them without getting sick. The gummies don’t really have a smell and the flavor might be somewhat like a strawberry. They don’t taste amazing like a fruit snack, but at least they don’t taste bad. I will give it a few weeks to kick in and see if my energy levels go back to what they were before.

Pleasant tasting with a slight aftertaste. Contains 10 calories per serve. One gummy is one serve unlike many other gummy packs. 2 g of carbohydrates and 1 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup, cane sugar. Plant-based. Contains Vitamin C, Niacin, Folate and vitamin B6. I was concerned about the amount of B6 in this as regular high dose of B6 can be dangerous. I checked my other supplements and found that the multivitamin also had B6. Too much B6 can cause nerve damage. I’ll be looking for a Vitamin B supplement with less B6 next time.
