your choice if you’re ok with titanium dioxide
this is a good supply amount. it contains titanium dioxide which was banned in the eu in 2022, but there is a mcgill university article talking about why canada disagrees. it is just there for the color it adds, so i wish they just wouldn’t include it. i dont have enough scientific knowledge to dissect or understand all the informatoin out there, but if you google it you will find many articles, studies that can shed further light.

Before taking this supplement or any other supplement, ask yourself this question:Would I buy and take this supplement if I knew it didn’t contain any of, or less than the stated amount of the main ingredient?I think the obvious answer would be, no.Believe it or not, this is is sometimes the case. The supplement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and is highly unregulated. Lots of shady brands out there.So, how do we know if we are actually getting what we pay for? It’s called 3rd party testing. We have to do our homework. It behooves of us to do some research. Go to the manufacturer’s website and look for 3rd party testing to prove it genuinely is what they claim it is.I looked up and searched this manufacturer’s website, and I couldn’t find any mention of 3rd party testing. I don’t know if this formula is legitimate or not. Therefore, I will not continue to buy this product.Also, the use of Titanium Dioxide is possibly a tell tale sign of an inferior product. It is banned in countries outside of the US because of health concerns.I used to buy less expensive supplements, but I now am more inclined to pay more to be sure I’m not getting ripped off.

They don’t hurt my stomach like some zinc supplements do. 250 days worth for 10 bucks is a great buy. I like that these are gluten-free, and they are made in the USA. I’m satisfied with the quality of this brand!
