WHOLESOME STORY VITAMINS (WOMENS HORMONE SUPPLEMENT)
Highly recommend this vitamin supplement for all women especially those struggling with hormone in balance. My OBGYN recommended these to me postpartum for hormone stabilization and to support my body as it heals and stabilized after childbirth. The physician recommended taking these supplements at a 40:1 ratio daily and I’ve noticed minor weight loss and improved mood and energy levels. The pills themselves are not large but not small, and four are considered the daily serving size. Highly recommend for all women needing an added layer of hormonal support, and those seeking hormone stability, but as always, consult your physician if any questions/concerns arise.

I bought these pills to supplement my hormonal regulation treatment to control acne in particular. They were very good for me. I would definitely buy them again.

Will do it’s job
Have used this the past few years and thought man, I really do love the pill version of this, it’s so easy. But recently I switched to a powdered form from another well-known brand and I have to say I feel regulated faster. This is a great brand and a little cheaper but I feel this other brand does a better job.

Good and bad
Not sure if this product is helping me or hurting me when I take this I get super emotional like crying none stop I thought it was just me but when I stop taking it I felt better the thoughts that I was having had me so sad and couldn’t seem to get it together on the other hand it did help me with my cycle it came back on after not having one for a whole month I’m not sure of what is the cause of the emotional part but I don’t think I’ll be taking this again but don’t knock it until you try it everybody experience may not be the same this is just my experience!UPDATE:3/8/24I stop taking the 2,000mg a day and went to 1,000mg a day and I feel much much better so I’m thinking 2,000 was just to way to much for me so if anyone experienced the same problem I did before just go down to 1,000mg you’ll get better results I hope this helped!
