Great supplement
These don’t have any after taste they are capsules and are easy to swallow. Make sure you drink plenty of water with them. They don’t give you heartburn or have terrible after taste either. They don’t have that weird digestive issues that some tablets do. I think these are great and are easy enough to just pop in and forget about it.

Great Results After Taking It for a While
I’ve been taking liposomal vitamin C for some time now, and I can honestly feel the difference compared to regular vitamin C. The absorption is so much better — I notice more steady energy throughout the day, faster recovery after workouts, and overall stronger immunity. Having read about liposomal vitamin C in the market has awoken my curiosity to find out why this is so special. I have been a vitamin C user since the day that I learn how to take a pill and reading about liposomal vitamin C has made me want to compare the two. Here it is.1. Price: Liposomal is way cheaper than the regular vitamin C. Other brands have also taken advantage of the current situation that they almost doubled their regular price!2. Packaging: Both products were packed and sealed superbly.3. Size: I prefer liposomal vitamin C as it is smaller (capsule form) than the regular vitamin C (tablet form) so liposomal is easier to swallow.4. Odor: Liposomal vitamin C has no odor, regular vitamin C has that “medicine like” smell.5. Taste: Liposomal has no taste or after taste, not harsh on the stomach especially when you have hyperacidity. Regular vitamin C has that sour taste and after taste6. Quantity: Liposomal has 200 capsules per bottle, regular has way lower number.Effects wise, liposomal vitamin C seemed more effective as in just a month of trying it, I have not yet caught a cold or gotten sick. I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C capsule for about 3 months taking 2 each day with food. The bottle arrived well-sealed and exactly as described, and the ingredients list looks clean: vegan, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free.What I noticed:The dose is high (1500 mg per serving) and the “liposomal” delivery feels like a premium variant compared to standard vitamin C tablets.I didn’t experience any digestive upset (which sometimes happens with high doses of C).Although I can’t prove the improved absorption touted, I felt confident using a brand that highlights the liposomal/phospholipid system.Packaging and labeling were clear; I appreciated that the formula uses only about 50 mg of sunflower lecithin/phospholipids compared to many products with heavier filler carriers.Some points to consider / areas for improvement:The high dose means the capsule size is larger than some standard pills depending on your preferences, that might matter.Even with a strong formulation, on a day-to-day basis the “boost” from vitamin C is subtle (as expected) rather than dramatic.As with any supplement, you’ll want to factor in how it fits into your overall diet, other vitamins, and any health conditions you may have.If you’re looking for a high-quality vitamin C supplement with a clean ingredient profile and don’t mind taking the higher dose, this one delivers good value. Discovering this brand has been a real game changer for me. I’m just getting ready to order my 5th bottle, so I’ve had a chance to really check it out. I first came across this brand after trying much more expensive (name) brands of Lipo C. At first, I worried that it wouldn’t be legit because I’ve never heard of the brand, but it works as well as other brands that I’ve paid so much more for. I use high doses of this product and the low cost makes it affordable for me to do that. I’m using it because I suffer from the newest chronic disease (if you know, you know) – which ZAPS my energy, messes up my brain and keeps me from being able to breathe freely – to say the least. I take almost 6G a day in a single dose – and sometimes a second time later in the day, if needed. Along with the remarkable benefits to my well being, I get absolutely no gastro effect from a high dose of this Vitamin C, which is a testimony that it is truly liposomal and a quality product. The capsules are not overly large, but I have a challenge swallowing pills. I am able to break these open and add a little water with a little stevia extract, which makes a tasty sweet/tart drink to take all at once. I feel it working within an hour. I am so grateful! for this product; it helps me make it through my life.
