Noticeable Difference
I bought this as a last ditch effort to fix my nails which had been splitting, cracking and peeling. I had tried multiple oils and lotions which did nothing. So I started taking this once a day and didn’t really think any more about it, until a couple months later I noticed all my nails were grown out, and strong. A remarkable difference and taking this supplement was the ONLY thing I was doing. I also noticed that my eyebrows seemed less sparse, but this observation is more subjective. I’m 58 (aging is SO fun!), and I had attributed the changes to normal aging, but I am sold on this product.

Problem with container size.
I like this product, but the container is very hard for me to use. I have arthritis in my hands and I have to have help getting the lid off. Sure would be nice if it was in a bag or something smaller around.

I’ve been using this product for almost 2 1/2 years now and LOVE it! I’m 73 and was getting dry brittle nails, sore knees and wrinkly upper arms. Ugh youth decay!! I’m a registered nurse and believe nutrition is foundational to healthful aging and read that collagen supplements may be helpful . It works for me!! Didn’t have to hang up my dancing shoes!I’m sure there are lots of similar products out there, but this one didn’t cost an arm and a leg and I see results I was hoping for! Not fortified with kidney stone causing vitamin C.
If you get kidney stones this is your best choice. It hasn’t been fortified with vitamin C. My hair, skin and nails make me look 10 years younger. I have the knees of a young man again. My thumbs don’t hurt anymore. Most of my aches and pains are gone.

Mic this with my morning coffee there is a bit of a taste but not terrible. I have only been taking it for about 2 months, I have not noticed any difference as of yet that I can see or feel. Unsure how long you have to take it before you notice changes. Started this after losing quite a bit of weight and my skin is loose and my hair loss has been pretty bad so we shall see.

I bought this to mix into a protein shake I have each morning along with creatine and inulin prebiotic fibre. It dissolves perfectly in the water and is tasteless. I’m in my early 50s and was looking for a supplement that includes all the collagen types to cover benefits in hair, skin, gut health, nails, cartilage, joint pain, mobility and bone health. This is for longevity as well as helping with knee and hip niggles and building lean muscle mass and bone density. I’ve been on it for 3 months and already noticed stronger nails, plumper skin (especially in my heels of all places, no more cracks), less noticeable cellulite especially in my arms, and my body generally feeling less stiff, especially my feet and hips. I don’t get as sore after weight lifting sessions either. I’ll continue for another three months in this loading phase to replenish collagen stores and then reduce the dose to maintenance levels (and to cut costs.) very happy I found this!
