LOVE these! And good for your gut!
I love how there’s no bad added ingredients, and they seriously help with my husband’s lactose intolerance. Now he can eat and drink dairy without it upsetting his stomach! This is so good for gut health.I also super appreciate how affordable they are!

I have tried many kinds of digestive enzymes, mostly all of them had been good. It is easy to swallow, ingredients are safe for gluten free sensitive, good quantity for the price, and had help me to digest , I take it with my food anytime I have a decent size meal, i feel comfortable using it.
