Great supplement!!!
Brought my cycle back! Took a two months, but wow! I take 3 of these in the morning Along with 2000mg of plain inositol at night. Having the myo and -chiro ratio is important for those who have thyroid/pcos issues. I recently got off of BC. I feel leveled out now, and most importantly… my natural cycle is back. No stomach upset, very effective. I feel my energy levels are stable now as well.

Helps with balancing out my hormones
I like that this product includes everything a woman could need to help with our hormones. I am a woman that has a lot of issues pertaining to my menstrual cycle and hormones, this has helped tremendously with making me feel better. I have less pain during my menstrual cycles and it boosts my energy levels. I also noticed that it helps to lift my mood. I would definitely say this is good quality and effective at helping women with our hormones. There is no bad taste and no flavor at all. Having to take 3 capsules at once can be hard to swallow so taking them one at time makes it easier. They only need to be taken once a day so that helps with remembering to take them. It is a 40 day supply so I do think it is a good value for the price.

Nice inositol supplement
Nice inositol supplement to help with pcos symptom support. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in overall symptoms in the month taking them, but I’ve been on inositol products for a long time and these seemed to be as effective as other supplements I’ve previously taken! Generally easy to swallow with a sip of water. Serving size is 3 capsules so you get just over a months supply which is pretty nice as most others I’ve tried are 4 capsules per serving. I’m not sure if the added bites (chaste berry) has made any difference for me, but it didn’t seem to hurt anything either. Pretty good value for the money too! Product came triple safety wrapped (a plastic wrapped box, sealed protection ring around the cap, and a foil cover inside the bottle). Which was really nice and felt very secure! There is a little bit of a plastic smell when opening the bottle but most inositol supplements I’ve tried have had some level of almost eggy/plastic smell to them as well.

A lot of pills to take at once
I wish the dose was spread out over the day. I like that you can basically swap these out for your prenatal, though. I kept taking mine since it has iron and DHA. I don’t know about chasteberry and alpha lipoic acid, but the myoinositol and d-chiro-inositol are in the correct proportions. The folic acid is the recommended amount as well.
