Amazing!
I personally have an amazing experience with these probiotics. I’ve been taking them since December of 2020 and at first, I felt like I didn’t really see a difference until like they say, “You never know what you have until it’s gone.” I didn’t run out, but we moved just over a month ago and I couldn’t find them in the mess, but it has helped me realize a few things:1. I stopped having many upset stomach episodes. I don’t have a super healthy diet, so I would get stomach aches a lot ever since I could remember. These pills solved that since I started taking them. I can’t remember the last time I had a stomach ache.2. I stopped having acid reflux, which in the recent months before I started this probiotic would happen almost weekly.3. I had more frequent, solid, and consistent bowel movements. Once I stopped taking them for the month of March when I couldn’t find them, I realized my poops were in pieces and harder, meaning a lack of fiber, which I already lacked as it is. As I’ve mentioned, I don’t have the healthiest diet, but these probiotics are a lifesaver.4. This one is a little less reliable because I’m not really sure what helped, but maybe it still applies. When I purchased these in September, I also went on birth control pills to help with my bacne at the same time so I decided to wait to take the probiotics so I could maybe tell the difference. I waited until December to take the probiotics to make sure I give the BC pills 3 months to work. My back seemed to improve a little bit (cystic acne, scarring, whiteheads, blackheads, you name it, I had it), but not all the way. So when the three months were up, I started the probiotic at the same time as my bc pills and for a while, I figured it wasn’t working because my back stayed the same as it was after waiting the 3 months. Well, it turns out that after I stopped taking the probiotic for a month, I noticed a few pimples come up here and there, which I didn’t have showing up while taking both. Actually, the reason I decided to try probiotics was not only my digestive issues but because I read that the bacteria “Lactobacillus acidophilus” can help in treating acne, although not proven, it seems to have helped me greatly because I have nothing but scarring left.5. I used to suffer from frequent UTI’s and it turns out the previous bacteria I mentioned in 4, can help treat urinary tract infections, again not proven, but I haven’t had one since October of 2020! And in March when I stopped taking them, I felt a slight burn during urinating, which usually tells me a UTI is coming, which I managed to prevent by drinking pure cranberry juice mixed with water. However, I’m definitely restarting the probiotics again because I love being UTI-free.So, I find these probiotics a lifesaver! They have helped me with so many problems. Now, these results won’t be the same for everyone, but if you’re considering them, I’m pretty sure trying them won’t hurt. I’m definitely going to repurchase since I’m starting to run low, and this brand seems to have the most value for the price. I’m absolutely satisfied.

I’ve tried different brands of probiotics, and Best Naturals works just fine
I have ulcerative colitis and have had two c-diff infections in the past. My gastroenterologist suggested I try probiotics to help with flare ups and to maybe lessen the problems with c-diff. On the one hand, there isn’t a lot of scientific proof probiotics help. On the other hand, it’s not really going to hurt you either. With that being said, probiotics seem to help me.I’ve used several different brands of probiotic supplements. All of them have worked fine and this Best Naturals brand is no different so far. Because of my disease, I usually look for probiotics that have more than 3 strains and several billion units. This one has 10 strains of “good” probiotics with 30 billion units. To me, the higher the numbers, the better chance it will have some type of effect. Also, because of the c-diff infections, I try to get brands that have lactobacillus rhamnosus. Again, this brand has it.The nice thing about the Best Naturals Probiotic is that there are 120 capsules. A lot of brands give only 30 or 60 capsules and you have to be careful because they may say take two a day. If it’s 2 capsules a day, 30 capsules isn’t even a one month supply. This brand says take 1 to 2 capsules a day so conceivably, it’s either a two to four-month supply depending on how many you take a day. My GI doctor suggested I take one a day and only go to two a day if I’m having a flare up or other symptoms.Although it’s not a big deal to me, Best Naturals Probiotic does not require refrigeration. I’ve used types that require refrigeration, require refrigeration after opening, or don’t require it at all. They all have worked fine for me. If you are one to travel a lot, you may want to consider ones that do not require refrigeration. Also, it’s a bit more convenient when you don’t need to worry about refrigeration, especially on days you’re in a rush and trying to get out the door. You don’t want to get to work and then wonder if you remembered to put the probiotic back in the fridge.If I had to pick something I’d improve, it’s the size of the capsules. These are a bit on the larger size so if you have problems swallowing large pills, that’s something to consider. If it helps, the capsules are about the same length as a nickel.For the money, I think this is a very good value. My GI doctor suggests changing brands every so often so I have tried several brands. That’s actually how I came across Best Naturals brand. If you are thinking of trying probiotics or if you are needing to change up brands, I say try these. After all, what do you have to lose?

I have suffered from numerous gut issues and I was diagnosed with IBSC and candida overgrowth after doing a gut microbiome test. My functional doctor recommended I start taking a probiotic once a day to reduce my symtoms. I recommend this product to anyone suffering with any gut issue, as it is now a must have in my daily supplement routine and I can NOT go without. I highly recommend!

These work. Unlike the Blackmores (a common/popular brand in Australia) probiotics, which I bought until I could buy these again. No reflux issues when I take these. The Blackmores? I may as well have not taken anything for all the effect they had. My wife concurred, as she also uses probiotics to help with stomach issues. Best Naturals are efficacious (medical term for effective) and also MUCH cheaper than Blackmores. I can recommend them without any reservations. As I said, they just work.
