Fantastic for Hot or Cold Relief!
The BICAREE Ice Cold Pack Reusable Bag is a must-have for pain relief! I love that it works perfectly for both hot and cold therapy. Great for headaches, sore muscles, or injuries. The material feels durable and high quality, and the cover makes it comfortable to use directly on the skin. It doesn’t leak, seals tightly, and stays cold (or warm) for a long time. The size 6 is just right for targeted relief. Super convenient, easy to use, and very effective highly recommend!

Dang near life-changing
I use this as a hot pack. Oh my goodness, it is AMAZING. I was using some of the flexible gel hot packs (the ones that can go in the freezer or microwave) and they were okay but never could really get into the spot I needed. With the hot water bottle, it’s heavy and will smoosh down to fit whatever body shape you sit it on because it’s basically a bag. I mostly use this for the front of my hip, and it is perfect. I can lie back in a recliner, plop this on top, wrap in a blanket and it will stay hot for nearly an hour AND it gets full contact with the treatment area. I love it and i wish i would’ve found it sooner.Here’s how I use it: withe the size i got, it holds 4 cups of water. I have a 2-cup measuring cup that i will fill and microwave for 2 minutes, pour into the bottle, then repeat. This does make it too hot to directly touch my skin, but i just put a dish towel under it. I have not had any issues with the screw top; it has not leaked.

A must have item
I have used this product for several months and found them to be excellent. Over the past several months I have tweeted both of my knees and have had to ice them while traveling for work. I take the two larger sizes with me to use in the morning and the evening while I attend business conferences. Before I purchased these, I took zip lock bags with me and filled them with ice from the vending machine at the hotel. These work much better. I fill them with a little water and then ice. They don’t leak and provide a tight seal. The cloth fabric can go right on my skin without having to use a thin towel. They get cold quickly and stay cold to use on both knees rather than having to empty and refill. It helps with the pain and keeps the swelling down. What I also like about them is that they stay in place on my knee. I found I don’t have to secure them with an ace bandage. The kit does include a strap to secure it which I can see being handy to prevent from the ice pack from moving. Definitely worth having especially when you can get a lot of ice from a hotel vending machine.

Quality ice pack! Gotta get another one
This little ice pack is great!! It is affordable, quality, and it holds quite a lot of ice for the size it is. I used to use small gel packs and ziploc baggies. Wow, what a difference this makes, it does not get soggy and absorby water into the material, and the ice in it lasts a long time whether you also add water to it , as suggested or not. It is quality made and great for instant pain relief. This was the 9 inch size. I need a second one around the house, I love it so much. I thought it might be too small, but it actually covers more than I initially thought, and is just the perfect size.

These were great and they hold the ice retention very much so I ended up buying two little ones at first, and then I gave one of my boyfriend and never saw that one again so I ended up buying some more the ice stays for a long time and it does not leak my suggestion when you do put the ice in it. Make sure you take all the air out of it, then put the ice in it, then take all the air out of again and then put more ice in it if you’re just putting ice if you’re putting water do the same thing take the air out of it put water take the air out of it put water And repeat and then after that, put the cap on it and then let it freeze. It works awesome.

Good enough that we got two sets!
I have migraines. Maybe that is because I have three children. I find that ice packs come in handy with a variety of things that happen around our house, including my migraines. We like the three different sizes. I find the middle size works best for my migraines. My son and youngest daughter have used the larger size multiple times for sprained ankles and bruises from sports. My oldest daughter says the small one is good for her complexion, but I don’t even know what to say to that. I had tried the ice packs that go in the freezer, but then I got tired of them taking up space in the freezer, not being frozen when I needed one, or not staying cold for very long. Then I started to look into these. Pretty simple, just stick ice cubes in them. (Please note: We have not used them for hot or warm packs. Just haven’t had the need, so this is only about them as cold packs.) I started looking into these and found that there are cheap ice packs that leak, sweat, or start to smell after awhile. We have been very happy with the quality of these. We have not had any of these issues other than sweating when it was really humid and my son used it when he was outside. They can be used directly on the skin, but I recommend putting a towel on the area then the ice pack. The biggest issue is that they disappear into the children’s rooms on a regular basis. So we now have two sets of these.
