How to Measure
Remove the jewelry or anything from your hands.Wrap the cuff on the wrist and display screen on the inner wristThe distance between the cuff and the palm is 0.5-1.0cm(about one finger width).Keep the monitor and your heart at the same level.Press the power button to start the measurement.
Tips on Receiving Accurate results:
Take your reading and at the same time each day, use the same wrist.Keep your feet positioned on the floor, and do not cross your feet.Put the BP cuff on in the right place as per instructions, on your wrist, above your bone. The screen should be on the side your palm.Please Keep quite and relax the body, do not talk during measure. While measuring in a row, please span 4-5 minutes.Don’t not touch main unit and wristband during measure.

Great to have on hand
I’ve been having a lot of blood pressure problems, and this has been great to have on hand. I travel a lot, and this fits right in my coap bag, purse or laptop case. It can also easily and can discreetly be thrown on and used under a table or lap blanket, when I know I need to check my pressure but don’t want everyone around me knowing what I’m doing. It’s also not painful like the upper arm ones are.I originally gave it 4 stars, because I didn’t think it was always giving me accurate reasons, but apparently it was, my BP was just up and down and all over the place. Also, the battery had lasted me a very long time and reads as all only 1/3 down.

Nice little monitor
I have white coat syndrome so I need a way to check my blood pressure at home. After reading reviews on many wrist monitors, I chose this one. Easy to use and does seem to be pretty accurate.

This digital wrist blood pressure monitor is incredibly easy to use and provides accurate readings. The large LCD display is clear and easy to read, and the voice function is a nice touch for added convenience.The USB charging feature is a big plus, no need to worry about replacing batteries! The adjustable cuff fits well and is comfortable to wear. It also comes with a handy carrying case, making it great for travel. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and portable BP monitor!

Poor quality cord
I’ve only had this for about a week and only used the charging cord once and it is broke away from the base but still works see photo will be worthless if the wires go too the machine is easy to use and seems to be accurate not sure if you can buy the charging cord separate device seems to hold a charge for a long time with the exception of the cord I am very pleased with the device I only have use of one hand and thats all I need to operate this device very easy Ireccomend to anyone that needs to keep close watch over their blood pressure only reason I didnt give the full 5 stars was the charging cord

VERY POOR BP CUFF DO NOT PURCHASE
This is a zero star review. This wrist cuff is VERY VERY hard to use. I have taken my BP multiple times at just minutes apart and have had a reading anywhere from 130/60 to 149/80 with a couple reads of 200/100 and 180/90. For the most part the read out is abnormal BP BUT if I use my old BP WRIST cuff directly after using this one the old one measures my BP as normal. But of course I am beyond the return date for this item but if asked how I like this cuff I would tell people DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WRIST BP CUFF.

Good little monitor
Purchasing this MBUPAI BP monitor was a spur of the moment decision. Having to constantly replace 2 AAA batteries in one of my wrist monitors just as this USB monitor was offered at $17.99 made it a no-brainer. Accurate readings have become critical to lowering my BP, so over time I purchased several monitors. I have both Omron and Greater Goods wrist and arm monitors and find that both wrist monitors (used properly) have been accurate and much easier to use.The MBUPAI positives…It arrived yesterday. For accuracy I gave it 5 stars. Using a USB port eliminates the ongoing need to replace batteries (also 5 stars). The reading is very fast. Readings can be retained for 2 people, or for morning/evening readings. (My Greater Goods monitor also provides 2 readings, my Omron is for 1.) It comes with a nice hard plastic carrying case.The MBUPAI negatives…I wish it was backlit. (My Greater Goods monitor is, my Omron isn’t.) I wish there was a way to know if my arm is in the correct position. The other monitors won’t begin a reading until an icon shows it is, while the MBUPAI starts quickly no matter where the arm is. It came with two “manuals”, but I wish they were proof read for English before they went to print. Setting for time/date/voice isn’t intuitive. Fortunately I figured out how to turn off the irritating voice. I wish it had 12-hour time rather than military time.Bottom line…It’s a nice inexpensive and accurate wrist monitor, and the USB port (as opposed to batteries) will probably pay for itself over time. No regrets on the purchase, except I wish I went with the white front to make it a bit brighter.
