These do make a difference
I do notice a difference when I take these versus some other brands. They do seem to help and I feel better overall gut wise when I consistently am taking them.

I like this product. It is my first try with a prebiotic, but I will continue to order this brand and this product. The price is good and the quality of product is excellent. The product arrived very quickly, packed well, and it was in perfect condition. These capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle is conveniently made to open easily and quickly. I didn’t really believe a prebiotic would make a difference, but it has. I feel better.

Inulin probiotic
Capsule is essentially just inulin sourced from Jerusalem Artichokes with multiple extra additives. For price I would rather just buy pure inulin and mix with my coffee.. Nothing wrong with product just expensive for only getting powder in a capsule. As a prebiotic should support better gut health which is ultimate end goal

Good and economical prebiotic
I have irritable bowel syndrome and poor digestion, and I’ve been banned from eating a lot of things. Since I started taking these prebiotics, my intestinal health has improved considerably. I highly recommend them; they’re quite affordable and really do their job.
