Good scent, good performance
I really like this detergent. Yes, the concentrate smells like a bit like a citronella candle, but I love how the laundry smells when it’s dry. Also, I have chemical sensitivities. Even in concentrate, this doesn’t give me nausea + migraine.We had been using unscented detergent for years, but my family asked if we could try to find a scented detergent that didn’t trigger me. We went through multiple brands that made me ill, but this stuff doesn’t trigger me and does a nice job on our clothes.

The best laundry wash ever
It just smells so good, and clothes come out feeling great. I mean everything from Koala Eco is phenomenal. My favorite is the stainless steel cleaner and the hand wash. If you know you know. If you don’t, go check out Tiktok on how these compare to others or the fact they’re in erewhon!

Smell is terrible! Smells like pine-Sol floor cleaner.

Pleasantly surprised
I was somewhat skeptical of using a non-traditional detergent. But I am pleasantly surprised by it so far. I will update the review after trying it on some truly dirty clothes when I have them (and will gladly bump it up to five stars if it handles it well). But, on regular everyday stuff it has done just fine at getting clothes clean and seems like a high quality laundry wash.The one I got smells great, like a blend of eucalyptus and lavender. It’s not overpowering, but just leaves a very faint freshness. The clothes come out super soft, even without fabric softener.It is super concentrated. They recommend only two cap fulls for a load of laundry, which is minuscule compared to others. At that seems to work just fine. So, although the product seems a bit expensive, you’ll get quite a bit out of it (estimated to be ~100 uses), which does make it not too bad for the money.One small gripe I have is that it is hard to pour without spilling/dripping, especially if you are trying to get it into the tiny cap. But, assuming you get one of the right size and length of siphon/tub, you could use a pump top, which would make it a lot easier and avoid the drips.
