Great drink mix!
The best of all. You get different flavors so you don’t get sick of the same thing. It doesn’t upset your stomach. I can’t say I have more energy but it quenches my thirst. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth every penny. It is sugar free and there is no aftertaste.

Liquid IV is great. The flavors taste better than any other similar product.I was told to use these by my doctor. I drink more water when I have a flavor in it and these are so good. The option of sugar free is fantastic and the flavors aren’t compromised. I really like how this product doesn’t have extra ingredients and I trust them. I really need the extra electrolytes and these deliver.Usually I empty a packet into my water and stir with a straw. The fastest method is pouring a packet into a water bottle and shaking it; that also gets the best mix possible.Overall I like Liquid IV and will keep buying them.

Awesome flavors. Works well to replace fluids but be careful trying to drink them everyday. 500 mg sodium. A little pricey as well.

Love the sugar free version of Liquid IV! It tastes natural, not artificial and not too sweet. It helps hydrate me better than water alone especially when playing a sport. I add it to more water than suggested so it isn’t too strong.

It didn’t upset my stomach. I actually felt refreshed. I think it’s a bit pricey. You can mix it with water and tastes good. It’s not too sweet. I like that it doesn’t have a lot of sugar or is sugar free.
