Acceptable taste
I have found that I like the texture and the flavors of Olly supplements so it’s hard for me to find something that I like as well, these are OK. I don’t like the initial smell or texture in my mouth but once I start to chew it, it seems to improve. Now as far as what it’s doing for me, I’m not sure yet and I can’t comment, but after taking them for about a month, I should be able to come back and update my review.

I like the product, I dislike the packaging
I take magnesium to help sleep, but also to help with migraines and painful charlie horse cramps I would get in my legs and hips in the middle of the night. I have also used kava, both traditionally prepared and on tablets/powders, and enjoy the relaxing, almost numbing sensation. I generally like this product – it seems to take the edge off a little more than normal magnesium glycinate, and the kava effect is subtle but there. My main complaint is with the packaging – the company also sells non-kava magnesium, and the front of the bottle shows no difference between the two products. It is in small print in the nutrition facts, but the bottles look identical. This could be detrimental or dangerous to someone who can’t use kava! I would highly recommend the company revisit their branding and packaging.
