Great addition

Magnesium glycinate gummies
I am in my 60s and recently started to get spasms in my legs and also couldn’t sleep through the night waking up several times. I did some research and magnesium glycinate was recommended to take to help out with spasms and better sleep. This particular type caught my eye, it has good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I just received it several days ago and used half of one gummy (just to see how I feel) right after dinner for a total of three days. I can’t believe how great it works even with half dosage. I did not get any spasms when I stretched in the morning and best of all I slept through the night! I don’t think I slept that well in years! Great supplement and taste delicious! Thank you!

These work and taste good but stick together
I would get five stars for this because they seem to work pretty good and they’re stronger and a lot easier to take than the capsules. However, these arrived stuck together. They don’t seem to have a wax coating on the outside or any kind of powder to keep them from sticking together, like some other gummy supplements that I have. These gummies are stuck together in a large mass and each evening at dinner time I have to stick something down in the jar to dislodge one each for myself and my wife. All in all they do help you sleep but they need to find a way to keep these from sticking together to make them easier to remove from the jar.

Taste good and work as they should.
Gummies have a good berry flavor and are much easier to take than the horse pills I was taking. Only complaint is that they arrived all stuck together in the bottle and a little difficult to get out. My wife has started to poach some from me and therefore I will be reordering sooner than expected! They seem to be working for me and do what a magnesium supplement is supposed to do. Will definitely be reordering.

Delicious! Helps Me Sleep!
I absolutely love these gummies. I take them to help me sleep. I take one in the morning with the rest of my vitamins and I sleep like a baby every night. I’m on my 4th bottle. I stopped taking these for a while and noticed I wasn’t sleeping well. The only thing I dislike is they all stick together in the bottle and sometimes are hard to get out.

Great value and taste. Magnesium glycinate seems to not upset my stomach and provide the magnesium I need. These do seem to stick together a bit so sometimes hard to retrieve from bottle.
