I love these!!My body does not take to 5mg melatonin but 10mg to 20mg KNOCKS ME OUT. I only take them when I am struggling to fall asleep so they last a long time. Before I order my new bottle that’s coming Monday, I had this bottle for a year.. it took a year for me to run out (disclaimer i do not take them every night. only take it as needed).
