I started taking this only one month ago. I noticed less indigestion and abdominal distention since I started taking it. I have a lot of inflammation and I felt it was also less. I was relieved it is gluten free. I am also happy that they will continue to make me feel better as I use it daily.The capsules were easy to swallow. The supplements were a good value for my money. I am very happy

Great supplement to prevent sickness
The ingredients are really clean and it’s a locally owned supplement brand. When I’ve taken it I’ve noticed a difference of not getting as sick as often.

Hot flashes
Don’t know if this did anything beneficial, but it definitely gave me hot flashes. When I stopped these, the hot flashes also stopped.I’m 200lb 5ft Hispanic female with a history of chronic conditions and allergic reactions. So, perhaps just not for me.

Easy to Swallow Milk Thistle Seed Extract Capsule with Added Complimentary Supplements in One Bottle
I have been taking milk thistle supplements for a little more than a couple of years each morning. When my last bottle was low, I decided to try the D-Tox dietary supplement. The product contains the same dosage of milk thistle seed extract as in my prior supplements, so it was a great fit for me. In reviewing the ingredients contained in this supplement, I appreciated the fact that the product includes a few additional complimentary vitamins, minerals and/or supplements in addition to the milk thistle seed extract I had already been taking as an ongoing addition to my diet. My physician is aware that I regularly take an over-the-counter milk thistle capsule and has approved this supplement for me personally. I can only share information about this product that are based on my personal experience. I am not a physician, nurse, nutritionist; or in any other fields related to general healthcare or vitamins, minerals and other supplements.The D-Tox supplement is made in the form of an easy to swallow capsule that is smoothly coated. The stated recommended dose for adults is listed as 1-2 capsules twice per day. Following the pattern of my established daily dosage of milk thistle extract over the prior years, I take 1 capsule two times each day. The bottle of 60 capsules will last a month for my chosen dosage. The instructions recommend that the product be taken right before a meal or with a meal. This is important to avoid side effects. I typically take one at breakfast and the second with dinner. In following the same dosage level along with the instructions printed on the bottle, I experience no unpleasant side effects at all. On the rare occasions that I have ignored the instructions to take a capsule immediately before or during a meal or was delayed in having a meal after taking a pill, I did experience a slight feeling of nausea. That symptom was quickly resolved once I was able to eat.I am unable to address the matter of the effectiveness of this supplement. Of course, I am not aware of the happenings inside of my body and cannot determine any potential results/findings from the use of this product. I expect to be able to update this review following my next annual standard check-up after consult with my physician coupled with results from my standard blood testing and other lab work.I can affirmatively state that when I strictly follow the instructions and recommendations regarding the dosage and consumption of this supplement, I feel well, slightly more energized and have no negative side effects that are apparent to me, either physically or mentally. Since my doctor has approved and recommended that I add a daily milk thistle extract supplement to my diet, I do intend to order another month’s supply of this D-Tox product and continue to take it to supplement my diet.
