Easier to take
My doctor recommended I take this supplement. However the products that were available were huge capsules that were difficult to swallow. This brand is perfect.! Just chew!

Was happy to get this just as I was looking to change over my magnesium forms. I had taken theoranate for years but I was looking for something for my gut. This for is said to be well absorbed and so far hasn’t caused me any ahem “issues” so far so good the way other forms of magnesium have in the past.The grape is a little sour at first I think its the Citric Acid which may be on the outside of the gummies. Also these are not what I would consider “purple” but that’s ok because they’re non gmo which I like , gluten free and vegan. The color comes from fruit and veggie juice (doesn’t say what type). Each gummie is approximately 1/2″ round (see my photo). I take the gummie form because I have to so these are a welcome product for me, they’re not too hard or too soft. I received mine in September and it was hot (80s) and they weren’t melted which was a definite positive, still chewy not hard.Recommended Serving Size is 2 per day. This is what I take to receive the benefit and it works for me. I do find the 3 grams per serving to be high. This is the way with all supplements/vitamins these days I find unfortunately and this is from added sugars. I do find the cost of this product to be a bit high so I have deducted one star and am therefore giving my rating FOUR STARS for value. I do find the product consistent and I like that it arrived unmelted and sealed. I also like very much that it is NonGMO, Gluten Free and Vegan. Thank you for reading my unbiased review and looking at my photos – much appreciated 🙂

Surprisingly tasty and well rated!
Note that 1 serving of 2 gummies is only 100mg of magnesium glycinate. This is only 24% of the recommended daily allowance which is not a bad thing but if you need higher doses, you’ll need to eat a few more or adjust your diet. But, if you’re only looking to supplement your magnesium level, then this might be just the bump you need. And considering most people are magnesium deficient, this totally works for me! It says its free of artificial sweetener using sugar, glucose syrup and stevia extract so there’s no chemical after taste. As a matter of fact, the sour grape has a tiny pucker factor. It’s also free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose and soy. Received in Sep 2025 and the expiration date is Mar 2027, it was also safety sealed. On the Suppco site, this same product but at the 200mg concentrate was rated as “Good 7.25” with “High” manufacturing standards and product quality.

Reminded my husband of Sour Patch Kids
My husband likes to take Magnesium to help him sleep and he really likes gummies like this. The first thing he said when he ate this was it reminds him of a sour patch kid. He really liked them and said they did not leave an aftertaste at all. He has also been falling asleep at night easily and mentioned hes getting some really good sleep. He takes two a day so these 60 will last him for a month. Once were out we will probably order more since these so far have been the best flavor that he has tried and he mentions how deep hes been sleeping on these more than I have heard him mention it on others. If you are interested in some give these a shot!

Fine generic.
These seem very typical of magnesium gummies. I will say that the “sour grape flavor” is more like “tart” rather than “sour” — it’s a sharp sourness but not overwhelming. The flavor and texture is fine, but not the best I’ve had. Certifications seem reasonably trustworthy from what I can tell. No better nor worse than competing products at this price point.

Easy and quick, tasty gummies
I tend to choke on pills you have to swallow, so I found these gummies a great alternative. They are sweet and taste like a classic grape gummy. They are easy to chew which is great, but they get stuck in my teeth a bit which is the only downside I see. Otherwise they are not sticky to the touch and easy to pop in and go.

Good Tasting Magnesium Gummies Though Don’t Seem Extra Strength
I like the taste of these gummy magnesium glycinate supplements, but I think there are better priced options out there. They say “extra stength”, but a serving of two gummies only contains 100 mg, which is apparently 24% of your daily recommended value. I know I am paying a premium for the fact that they are gummies, but I will likely continue using traditional swallowable magnesium supplements as I don’t think the cost justifies the benefit in this case.
