Amazing!!!
I have been taking this Choline Bitartrate for the whole so far 6 months of my pregnancy. There was 3-4 days I didn’t take it due to a late shipment, and I could tell a HUGE difference with baby and myself. It helps my brain and babies brain by a mile!!! I recommend this to anyone I know who’s pregnant or planning to become!I also take two capsules of the total prenatal +DHA! I love that they are easy to swallow and have good ingredients. I personally take out the scent inserts for both of these because they taste and smell fine without!

This item has no smell or distinct taste. It is easy to swallow! Slightly sticky but it depends on the humidity of where you live. Great quality and great price! Highly recommend for additional choline during pregnancy!

Weird substance on some
This is a newly opened bottle. I found some pills that have a weird yellowish residue on them. Which is alarming. There was also a blue substance which I thought was mold somehow but that scraped off. I’m a little apprehensive to take this pills considering the strange substance. The plastic heart is scented to mask the smell of the pills. I have a strong sense of smell since I’m pregnant and it still smells strange. The link advertises that it’s for pregnancy/post natal but the bottle doesn’t really specify that so I went back to the link to double check if it was safe to take. The cap says it’s child proof. It is not.

Seems like a good supplement
No weird taste, and unlike other brands, you only take 1 capsule to get the amount instead of 3 or 4. This amount is less than is recommended for pregnant people or fertility, so just be aware of that. But this is a good option if you are looking to add more choline into your supplement routine. The cap on this is a regular cap, not a childproof one, so keep it out of the reach of kids.

My doctor said choline could help with short term memory. I chose this form of choline to see if it would help with me. After taking them for almost a week every day, I had more energy, less short term memory and better sleep. I stopped taking them for three days because of a dental issue. I noticed that my energy, and sleep got worse. It took a few more days of not taking them for my short term memory to get worse. This stuff works. In the future I will not miss any more days. Energy and sleep are very important, but memory is essential for living.
