Sleep just like a wittle baby boo boo
Part of my bedtime supplements. I sleep like a baby on this stuff. Tried a lot of different things and this is my favorite. Helps me recover after a good workout or a long work day. I don’t have crazy dreams like melatonin usually does so that’s a plus. I will buy this stuff until it stops working for me. Been taking it nightly for over a year now and no tolerance has built up.

Notice the effect every morning, or every time I wake up at night…
I can’t say it helps me sleep, as I still wake up a lot. It might be helping me dream again though. I do have more energy in the mornings even if I do not sleep well. Price is cheaper than normal for similar products. Only reason for the loss of a star, these are very hard to swallow. I can take 2 or 3 of my pill form supplements, and be fine with some water. This is a one at a time, and a lot of water.

Works after an hour of taking it, definitely helps me fall asleep.I sleep like a rock but wake up ready (if I sleep 6-8 hours).After a few weeks I can say I overall feel better.Just taking one a night before bed.Two seems like too much unless I had caffeine too late in the day.Just this alone is plenty for T boost for most men.I used to use there daytime one but I got a bit moody, this doesn’t have that effect unless I take both. (There day and night one)If I where moving id take both but day to day the night one seems like plenty for me.

Wast Of Health & Money
As with any supplement, every user will have different results. That said, I have been taking a regimen of supplements from Prime Labs for about eight months. I recently had an appointment with my primary care physician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I had my yearly blood screening completed where it was found that all levels associated with what these supplements are claimed to improve have in reality dropped significantly. Again, medical proven, these supplements have hurt all levels screened in my recent blood exam. There is no positive longevity. There is no help in digestion. There has been no notable increase in my workouts. 10/10 would not recommend. I have wasted hundreds of dollars that I can not and will not recoup from a business I feel makes an item with false claims. Don’t make the same mistake.

I can definitely tell my testosterone is at least temporarily boosted by this. It could double as a blue pill alternative while having the added bonus of melatonin to help knock you out at the end of the day
