Great coffee enhancement!
First off, I’ve seen mushroom mixes being marketed around by other suppliers but could never pull the trigger due to my bias of quality. Having experience with other PROMIX products, this was an easy choice for me to pull the trigger.USE:Subjectively speaking, the taste is quite neutral. I can’t really tell when mixed into my morning coffees or expresso, but I do use around half of cup of milk. It’s quite easy to blend and most people shouldn’t really have an issue with the powder. Seems to be a quality mix with all ingredients listed on the back of the bag.EFFECITVENESS:I can’t exactly put a metric on it, but I feel more alert and aware of my surroundings. Less brain fog. Also seem to have more energy for gym and walking. The product is suppose to improve cognitive memory, but I haven’t exactly noticed a real change.VALUE:Hard to say.. It’s a bit pricey, but knowing PROMIX, I would expect them to be using better than average ingredients versus competitor options. Ashwagandha should help with stress. Turkey tail and Lions Mane being the general mushroom dose.CONS:Bag zipper has a poor design. I don’t really like it since the power can block the seal quite easily. have to use a clip to close the bag. Just a minor inconvenience.OVERALL:I think this is great stuff albeit a little pricey. You can likely find comparable mushroom compositions in local drug stores or warehouse shopping. PROMIX just makes it easy for people looking for additives by other means. Solid product!

Needs suspenders
It’s good, but settles to the bottom of the cup very quickly leaving you with the sludge.Since I don’t use milk or alternate creamers that might suspend the powder it’s harder to drink.The energy level from this was good and no stomach issues.

Quality Adaptogen Supplement
As someone with ADD, I’m often looking into supplements that will increase my focus, energy, and help regulate my mood. I’m also a caregiver for family so dealing with stress and self-care are a big deal for me.Before ordering any type of supplement, I research the company that makes it and checkout their standards for 3rd party testing. I’d recommend that you look into those things for yourself when choosing anything like this.Upon receiving the bag, I was surprised by how small it was. Thankfully, a little goes a long way. The scoop is tiny and the bag includes 60 of the 1 scoop servings so it’s a 2 month supply for 1 person.I’ve been fork stirring it into drinks so far and am pleased with how it dissolves. It does have a woody or earthy smell, as all adaptogen blends like these seem to have, to my experience. It doesn’t ruin my coffee like some others have though. I add my usual cream and stevia and it’s very tolerable.I feel good about the clean ingredients and like the calm I feel while drinking it. At the time of my order, this was a good value for the quality of what I received. I’m thinking I will be ordering more when this runs out.My only complaint would be that the resealable bag doesn’t close properly for me. I use a bag clip so not a huge.It doesn’t thicken my drink and isn’t chaulky. No terrible aftertaste but I wouldn’t drink it with water. Love that it’s 94% of North American ingredients and good for my stress levels. Recommended. Hope this is helpful.

Health benefits are noticeable when taking the mushrooms vs not. These appear as good as others that I’ve been taking by means of substituing these versus the others.Pricing is about right.Mixing is easy with hot water or coffee (which is what I do).Not 5 stars because so far doesn’t feel above and beyond the others.
