This is thick. It’s not a flimsy band. The band resistance is a little stronger than I’d expected. It’s durable and I’m sure will last as long as I need it. Great value for the price.

Rotator cuff physical therapy.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Exactly what I wanted. I’ve been having rotator cuff issues on the left side. I have used it twice now at the golf course before and after my practice session. This is my first time ever using a stretch band like this. It seems to work really well. It is not a heavy band for pulling. You do not need a lot of weight for therapy for the rotator cuff. Like I said, only use it twice, it seems to be very good. I appreciate this tool for therapy.
