Love it!
I absolutely love these. I only take half the dosage and it helps tremendously with my sleep. I stopped taking them for a while and could feel the difference. It also keeps my knees from aching so much. I’ve never taken another magnesium supplement so I cant honestly say whether it’s the brand or what but I will definitely keep ordering this brand. Why take a chance?

Excellent Product!
This is a repeat order for quite awhile now. One of the best magnesium supplements. Good price and good quantity also. Will continue to use it for preventing leg cramps at night and to relax for sleeping. Two tablets do the trick in the evening and occasionally three. Will help with a smooth time in the bathroom the next morning also.

I have taken several Qunol supplements at different times over the years. This Qunol magnesium is extra strength and high absorption, making it a preferred supplement at 420 mg daily. We should all be supplementing with magnesium.

Love, love, love this product! I am 68 years old and work out with free weights 3x each week. My muscles used to ache after a workout but this Magnesium relaxes my muscles and takes the soreness away. As an added bonus, it helps me fall asleep quickly and soundly.

Restless legs, sweet dream, no cramps
Can’t sleep without these bad boys. Restless legs and cramping be gone. I actually sleep so hard I drool when I take these at night. Stop taking melatonin and take magnesium. Or don’t actually, because I don’t want this to go out of stock LOL forget everything I wrote here. You didn’t read anything. 🤣🤣
