Works great for me
Very nice set of bands, I work 12 hour shifts and bought the 375 kit for days i don’t have time to make it to the gym, a little workout is still better than no workout at all. The attachments work great, the storage bag is big enough that its not a pain to put it all back and the bands look/feel solid. Ive only had them a week so time will tell how they hold up but so far they’ve been great to squeeze a quick workout in with.

These are very nice bands, lots of combination for resistance, lots of extra items to add to workout and recovery. I would recommend these, much better than the ones I replaced them with, good price, recommend these if you use bands.

For someone just starting out I don’t want to invest a ton in equipment yet. So this seemed like a good deal. The bands themselves seem much smaller than what they seem to be in pictures, so a little worried about longevity. But that’s also a problem I usually have. The rest of the items seem sturdy. I like that it has a poster with different things you can do with them and a storage bag! Will try to update on the longevity of the bands themselves after I’ve used them a while!
