Best ice packs ever
These are THE best ice packs ever! I had purchased one like these several years ago in a local drug store but I now have 2 injuries I need to ice. I couldn’t find these locally so looked here. They are flexible so I can wrap them around my wrist. The cloth is so soft! They keep the cold longer than ice cubes and they don’t leak or drip. I’ve never used them for heat so I can’t speak to that. But for icing and injury these are wonderful!

Great product!
These are great!Pros:* They’re very flexible and form fitting. Currently using them behind my knee.* The velcro piece is wonderful…at the end, it has a short piece of the “sticky” side that is folded onto itself. Between uses, I leave it folded and I never have to fight with the Velcro sticking to everything around me.* It comes with 4 gel packs so I never have to wait for one to get cold again. I have numbered them 1 through 4 and use them in order to ensure I get the coldest one each time and avoid mixing them up. Works great.* The elastic band is long and it can be easily adjusted when movement shifts the cold pack.Cons: * They are not very thick so they don’t stay cold very long. This was only an issue at first for me when the injury was acute and getting to and from the freezer was very difficult. But it is a bit frustrating.All in all, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Good quality ice packs, freeze solid & soft as used. Great for pain & travel
Best deal, price and freeze solid, long lasting and good quality blue cover. As good as any used in the past several years and I use them for pain for any travel. TSA approved in their regulations frozen solid or soft. I had a TSA agent throw my ice packs away in DC because they weren’t frozen solid even though cold. It’s and hour to airport, was an hour that day to get to TSA and she expected they could be frozen solid? I carry a copy of their regulations on ice packs to show that they can be frozen or soft. Some types don’t freeze solid but these I purchased from Amazon do freeze solid and slowly become soft. Working good for back & nerve pain.
Didn’t even get sent the product I ordered. I got “lime green”. The picture of the product is very obviously not like green. –
Great product, would change one thing
The ice packs are great quality and works great to wrap around my head for headaches and also around any other body part you need. The ice stays frozen long enough for icing a body part. My only complaint is I think the soft blue side should be against the skin instead of the thin mesh side because you really shouldn’t put the ice straight on your skin.

Perfect for my injury!
As I recently broke my kneecap being run over at a dog park, I desperately needed a rotation of cold packs. A friend sent me the link to this product and I immediately ordered it! The packs are just the right size and the cover with straps is helpful to apply gentle pressure and keep the pack in place. Highly recommend!

Replaced my other ice packs!
I love this ice pack holder and the ice packs. I can only speak to the cold functionality as I have not used it as a heating pad, but it has been great for what I’ve used it for. None of the pads have leaked or become damaged in any way, and I appreciate the versatility the strap offers by allowing you to wrap the ice pack more loosely or more tightly depending on where you are icing. The Velcro has held up well to frequent use, and I especially value having several backup ice packs frozen at any given time so there is no down time when the one I’m using becomes too warm. If anything, cold retention is probably the lowest point for the ice packs themselves, but that is just the nature of gel ice packs. I used to have several different ice packs or would try to use hard cooler style ice packs for aches and pains, and it’s really nice to have just one type now that is tried and true. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Useless velcro
The gel packs are good but the Velcro on the strap is useless. The Velcro teeth aren’t long enough to grab the fabric so it doesn’t hold at all. The strap was the reason I bought this product and it doesn’t work. Very disappointing
