Yes. It is a perfect size, not too small, not too big. It is very cold, I had to wrap it in a blanket. It stays cold for some time. I have been using it on my back and it works great.

I bought the REVIX Ice Pack for my post-workout aches and pains, and it has been a game changer. This gel pack is perfect. Perfect size, one side is a soft material which help hold in the cold on the other side. I put the cold side on my belly and my hands rest on the soft side, hot flashes are controlled. Cold lasts a long time.

Easy to adjust to fit, sitting or standing
Ample body coverage, easy to freeze, easy to adjust the waist/body strap (velcro attaches at any contact point), gets cold quick; and has a soft side and a vinyl side – use the soft side 1st, easier to take the sudden cold impact, then the vinyl colder side which has moderated a bit after 1st using the softer cloth side. Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.
