Source Naturals Melatonin is a non-habit forming solution that helps reset the body’s internal clock for those with unusual work schedules or for those wanting relief from problems falling asleep and staying asleep. The normal cycles of melatonin production are altered due to factors including aging, medications, and light exposure at night. Something as small as travel, working nights or possibly using a computer screen may greatly impact melatonin’s production.
Suggested Use: 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.Shake Well Before Using.

This spray really works! I promise!
Sleep eludes me. I’ve tried so many things to fall asleep and I finally found this spray. I often (way too often) wake up in the wee hours of the morning. This spray is what gets me back to sleep. It sits on my headboard within easy reach of my sleepy hands. A couple of spritzes and 15 minutes later I’m back to sleep again.

This products works nicely. I keep next to my bed if I wake up in the night for a bout of insomnia. Two sprays and I am back to sleep. No groggy feeling after using.

Works for me!
I use this when I wake up in the night and cannot get back to sleep. I have it next to my bed on my nightstand just in case. I just shake it well, then push it down and get one dose-it’s all I want because it’s only 11/2 mg. and you won’t be groggy the next day.

Great alternative for pets and humans
Bought this for my elderly 10 pound dog who had dementia to ensure that she got the full dose and didn’t spit out a pill. I ended up using it and it works great. Very convenient and with just one spray for that 10 pound dog.I should note that I also tried it and I will never go back to a melatonin gummy. Works great for me!

Way better than the expensive sprays out there
To me, this spray is way better than that Rejuvia spray that is way overpriced and doesn’t even taste that good! Just a couple sprays before bed or if I wake up in the middle of the night, or if I need to fall back asleep and it tastes good…has a nice orange flavor. For the price I highly recommend!

Vitamin B6 toxicity concerns
This item has Vitamin B6 in it. I can’t use it because I have developed a Vitamin B6 toxicity… what a nightmare. I don’t understand why companies feel they need to add vitamin B6 to their products like melatonin, and magnesium? This is causing problems for so many people. Buyer beware! If you have burning, prickling, or buzzing sensations, especially at night or after heat exposure, heightened sensitivity to clothing or bedsheets, especially in the lower legs or forearms, paresthesias in the face, lips, tongue, or chest, often mistaken for anxiety or panic disorder, check all of your supplements for B6. Other symptoms include: Orthostatic intolerance—feeling faint when standing, or needing to sit down abruptly, heart palpitations or racing heart rate when lying down, abnormal sweating, including night sweats or complete lack of sweating during heat, temperature dysregulation, such as sensitivity to hot showers, saunas, or cold air, gastrointestinal dysmotility, including nausea, reflux, or alternating constipation and urgency, muscle twitching, restless legs, leg cramps, muscle fatigue and weakness, ataxia, sleep issues… and more!!! Yes, B6 toxicity is a nightmare.
