Simply wonderful tea
This is one of my favorite teas. Having no caffeine I can drink it in the evening, it makes a wonderful chai, and I have even used it in the mead that we make at home. The loose leaf version has full cardamom pods, anis seeds and of other spices and tastes better than the bags in my opinion.

This is the best combination of flavor in tea, period. It’s smooth and satisfying. I have a tendency to prepare for the morning by putting out the teabags. I’m this case, don’t do it. Wait til you want to drink it. Otherwise, the flavor declines in the open air. Keep sealed until use. So very tasty.
