Great for breastfeeding and pumping
I’ve been using these cooling gel pads for breastfeeding and pumping, and they’ve made a big difference. What I love most is the individual size of the pads—they’re small enough to position exactly where I need relief, and I can use multiple pads at once for full coverage. Theses are GREAT… You can have multiple ones in the hurting areas. It does it job, they don’t last as long as the bigger ones do, but it comes with soooo many~! That’s the great thing about it. Plus your not supposed to leave it on for an hour anyways, so It does it’s job in the areas that you want to place them.

The picture I included is of the ice packs after I unpackaged them and put them in the freezer for an hour. We use these ice packs at work for patients after they have procedures done on their faces that require ice for swelling. These ice packs are perfect for that.

Frozen rock hard
I purchased these to use for clients post injectable procedures. I placed them in the freezer and now they are frozen rock hard and cannot be used until thawed and as it thaws the “gel beads” burst when mashed with light pressure. I will not purchase again.
