Excellent product! I’ve been taking them for over three months now just ordered my second bottle. I fall asleep much faster now.OK now since I’ve ordered a second bottle I need to make an update. They changed something. It no longer works like the first bottle I had bought. I even talked my mother into buying this and she said they do not help with anything. You can even tell the Gummies taste a little different and seem a little tougher than the last bottle. Very disappointed.Update… the company actually refunded my money, which I never asked for. Maybe I received a damage bottle. I just hope the same quality sticks around because the first bottle I received was truly great stuff.

Worth its weight in gold!
The only magnesium supplement that works. I take one before bed. I’ve been taking them for roughly 3 weeks now and what an improvement with sleep quality.
