Worth every cent.
Great value. Delicious flavor gummies. They work perfect if you are having trouble getting a good night’s sleep. I work graveyard shift so it’s harder to fall asleep in the daytime. I ate the gummies and woke fully rested, no grogginess.

So, I’ve been having a rough time falling asleep lately – you know, mind racing, tossing and turning, the usual fun. Decided to give these Vitamatic Melatonin 20mg gummies a try. My buddy recommended them.First off, they taste pretty good! Way better than swallowing a pill, that’s for sure. It’s like a little berry treat before bed. I take two as the bottle says.And the good news? They actually seem to work! Most nights, I find myself drifting off easier than before. I’m not waking up as much in the middle of the night either, which is a huge plus. I usually feel pretty refreshed in the morning, not super groggy like some other things I’ve tried.Now, 20mg seems like a lot, and I did wonder if it was too much. Some nights if I take them and then stay up on my phone, I don’t feel like they hit me as hard. And one or two times, I still had a bit of a restless night, so it’s not like a magic knockout punch every single time. But overall, it’s definitely an improvement.They’re also vegan, which is cool, though not something I was specifically looking for.If you’re struggling to get some decent shut-eye and other stuff hasn’t worked, I’d say these are worth a shot. They taste good and, for me at least, they help me get to sleep and stay asleep most of the time. Just be aware that 20mg is a pretty strong dose.

they taste good but i’ve taken like 8 already and i still can’t sleep it’s currently 3:15am i took 4 at 12 i just took 4 more, i have adhd and haven’t taken my meds ina while so i basically become a insomniac when im unmedicated, i’ve dealt with it basically my whole life i wish ppl could reply to these reviews and recommend me something stronger because i need it but otherwise i would recommend these to anyone
