I ordered this specific Melatonin because of the price and quantity it comes with. The ingredients were basically the same as Nature’s Valley. I take 2 at night (bought the 5mg as sometimes I’ll just take 1 or if I need to share) and they work great. I am literally asleep within 15 minutes and I never wake up until the alarm goes off.

it works very well, i get good sleep quality and it’s easy to use. it comes with SO MUCH supply and i love that. there is one problem though, these cause horrifying nightmares. ones so bad that they trick me into thinking im awake. if you are okay with nightmares like i am, you’ll be fine. this product is not for children, either.

I don’t use it to sleep, but it does make me sleepy, I take it before I go to the gym and it has helped me in the gym. After the gym I do go to sleep relatively quickly and sleep uninterrupted.
