easy to take and a comfort to know your body will love you for it
I really like these packets of pre- and pro-biotic powder. Easy to take and the effects are noticeable. If you have a runny tummy, the powder (in my case) begins to solve the problem right after taking it. It makes me feel good to know I’m feeding the candida with the right stuff, and not hankering for more sugary foods that don’t help my body function properly or look healthy.

These Probiotics Seem to be the Most Recommended for Urinary Tract Health
After doing research on which probiotics were most effective for urinary and digestive health, I purchased Zebora’s Prebiotic and Probiotic packets because they contained all the probiotics that I have found – in my research – that are most commonly suggested for promoting health in the urinary and digestive tracts.The previous probiotic that I was taking actually contained very few of the most recommended strains.I also like the fact that along with the 19 most recommended strains, each dose contains 100 billion live cultures – much more than many other probiotic products. The packets are convenient and easy to use, and I am very satisfied with the product so far.

So far I have been having great results. The feminine balance with a daily probiotic that helps me maintain good bacteria and pH during my period. Good vaginal tract bacteria and pH levels are key elements in the prevention of unpleasant odors that can come along with bacterial vaginosis aka bv. It promotes vaginal and digestive health, which I noticed has made my period cycles more regular and less radical symptoms. I like that this is a two and 1 supplement. It really has helped with my digestive systems I usually have some stomach issues, but since taking the supplements they have lowered dramatically. These pills are vegan and vegetarian friendly, so need to worry if you’re a meatless person. They are also gluten-free for those who need that option. It comes with a 50 day supply. These supplements helps maintain proper pH levels. I would definitely recommend these supplements to any woman interested in balancing ph levels and maintaining a good digestive system, they are well worth the money.

Actually taste really good–easy to incorporate into a routine
This is my second of this type of product, and I guess it’s the D-Mannose for preventing UTI’s that tastes sweet, although not nearly as sweet as sugar. I tried putting this in a shot glass of water but it didn’t dissolve all the way quickly enough for me. Then I put it straight on my tongue like a pixie stick and was surprised at how easy it was to “get down”. I can’t recommend it enough!

Does not work in cold water.
I did not try it in hot water as I thought the heat might degrade the potency of the product. I tried mixing it with a cold mixture that I drink every morning. It took an enormous amount of vigorous shaking to get *almost* all of it dissolved. there remained an approximately 1/4″ lump in the bottom of the bottle, and it stuck to the bottle, so I did not get the full dose.

This is accomplished by the use of Quatreflora Biotic that help women maintain a healthy ph and good bacteria balance. This helps with decreasing embarrassing odors and bloating during stressful times like menses, pre and post pregnancy, menopause, and traveling to name a few. The supplement is a small vegan capsule that is easy to swallow taken twice a day.I have noticed a decrease in feeling bloated and actually a slight decrease in my indigestion. I have noticed feeling fresher during the day. For so long I have just ignored or “lived” with these irritations. I am so glad I was able to try ZEBORA Probiotic supplement as it has definitely made a difference in how I enjoy this time of my life.:) Great product.
