EXTREMELY solid product. If you’re looking for an all natural way to maximize your natural testosterone levels without having to dive into the riskier routes I highly recommend. Biggest difference I notice was that I am much leaner when using this, with really good intensity when working out. I also notice even in day to day life I have much more energy and move more deliberately.

It Really Makes a Difference
I’ve been using the original JYM ALPHA for several years and figured I’d give this a try. They seem quite similar. Clear capsules full of powder that look like sage and smell very herbal. Capsules are great, no worrying about mixing, or weird tastes or strange texture. The size is fine, they are easy to swallow. Just opened my second bottle and the quality is very consistent. Supplements make all sorts of claims – this one really does what it says, very effective. I notice faster recovery, better energy, and even improved moods. A little expensive, but goes on sale from time to time. Stock up when it does.

For those looking to optimize to the next level
I am on my second bottle and like anything, you need to give it some time to work. I am seeing some good results with this product in my stack after a few weeks and will continue for another month. I actually have only been taking 2-3 capsules twice daily, but on this bottle I think I will bump to 8 as directed. Meal plan with 4 meals, various other supplements and 6 day training regiment, this is helping to balance hormones and sure, likely give a little more in some areas where my other supplements are lacking. I trust JYM brand more than the riskier, cheaper products that have less active ingredients, but I do hope the price comes down a little.I have a hard time swallowing a lot of pills so I open them and mix with my morning shake to mask the taste. I have also taken them with water. But they are easy to swallow if you wanted to. No side effects whatsoever as well.

Overpriced, Doesn’t change anything
Itried this, 4 capsules a day, 2 every 12 hours. I had a blood test before and after. It didn’t raise testosterone, or change any areas in my blood work. Besides, you can buy the same ingredients individually for less, but why.

Product is great. Will increase testosterone . And more importantly , the natural way. Vitamins not steroids. You don’t have to cycle off and take a test regulator after.
