May cause severe GI Tract issues
Worked as expected for a few weeks, then caused cramping and GI issues so bad I thought I had food poisoning. Stopped taking it for a week. Started back up when I thought it was safe – and second day in, I had a repeat of the GI issues. Threw the bottle away.

This might be the best value XOS on Amazon. It comes as a powder in a cellulose capsule (which is excellent when taking as a supplement but a bit fiddley for making l reuteri yoghurt)(which, hot tip for the recipe, ten caps is one tablespoon of powder) that you’d think would be more exxy than the powder only product, but this bad boy, gram for gram, dose for dose, still wallops even the budget brands selling it as a powder. Highly recommend 👍🏻
