This is my 4 shower head I have purchase from this company. 2 for myself in 2 different bathrooms and 2 others for family members homes. Chrome and flat back look great. Super easy to install and never has any leaks. Big positive difference in water pressure and water quality. My skin is not dry and positive effects on my hair. Great quality for a great price.

I purchased two of these handheld filtering shower heads—one in chrome and one in brushed nickel—for each of my bathrooms, and I’m so glad I did!Living in California, water conservation is a priority, not to mention the hard water quality, so I was looking for something that could filter impurities and help reduce water usage. This shower head checked all the boxes.I received the chrome version first and was immediately impressed—it came with a metal hose! At this price point, I fully expected the usual plastic hose and would’ve purchased a metal one separately like I’ve done in the past. What a great surprise!The unit functions exactly as I hoped. It offers decent water pressure while using fewer gallons per minute. I also loved that it came with two different flow restrictors so I could choose the right pressure for my needs. I opted for the one with a bit more flow—it’s still so much more efficient than my old rain shower head (which was a total water hog!).I also chose this shower head for its filtering benefits. As someone with curly hair that needs extra TLC and sensitive skin that reacts easily, I was hoping to notice a difference—and so far, I think it’s helping! It’s a little too early to share the full results, but I definitely feel a gentler effect on my skin.One of the units had a slight buzzing sound I couldn’t resolve, so I reached out to their customer service. I was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were—I sent a quick video, and within a few days, I had a brand new unit at my door. Truly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.This shower head is such a great value for the quality, performance, and support. Good, unless in small shower
Decent shower head, it has good water pressure and doesn’t have any leaks or cracks. The spray options are not bad, but the head doesn’t rotate in a lot so might be cramped in a small shower. Quality seems decent and works well. No discoloration and looks good.

I usually do not write a lot of reviews even if the product is good, usually because I do not have a lot of time. But I have to write one for this. This is just my first impression and first time use. I absolutely love love love this product. The quality it great, the pressure is perfect, and omg my hair is so soft. My hair never felt softer! I am very pleased that I decided to buy this! I would recommend.

Great for hard water!
I’m really loving this shower massage filter so far! I noticed a difference immediately! I highly suggest using a clarifying shampoo the first time you wash your hair with this water softener filter massage, though. It’ll help clear out the buildup of chemicals and minerals deposited from hard water onto your hair, and reset your hair, allowing nutrients from gentler hair products to do their job. Also, use an ACV rinse (look up the proper dilution) after the clarifying shampoo to reset the pH level.The first thing I noticed was that my skin didn’t itch after the first wash! No red blotches, nothing! Also, my hair fall reduced by about half or so in the first wash. By the third wash, I was losing maybe ten hairs, and still no itchy blotchy skin! My hair had also started curling again (I was losing my curls), and it’s looking and feeling healthier and softer. Before this, I was losing an ungodly amount of hair (handfuls), but I never noticed bald spots, so I figured out that I was experiencing breakage from very hard water (I found the water quality report for my area).The water pressure is strong–perfect! It was easy to install, and it seems durable to me.
