I wouldn’t recommend taking the full gummy every day. This is great if you feel a cold coming on, then maybe take the full gummy.

Gummy Way to Supplement Zinc
I have been using zinc as a method to support immune system response after hearing about it’s possible effects on reducing cold symptoms and durations. I usually have been taking a zinc pill, which has around a 50mg dose while two of these gummies have the same 50mg but with 8g total added sugar, which while not a lot is still something.The taste of the gummies is OK, a little sweet with the added sugar crystal coating for my tastes but it has a good texture. One thing to make sure of when you’re taking a larger zinc dose is that you do it with a meal as you can get nauseous taking it on an empty stomach, trust me on that one.
